Warranty and Return Conditions
I want to return the product(s) in my order. What should I do?
If any undesirable damage, such as damage or damage, is detected during shipping for CHEESE PRODUCTS, HONEY PRODUCTS, AND MEAT PRODUCTS, the product must be returned intact, and a photo must be taken on the day the shipment arrives, and sent to WHATSAPP 0 542 690 36 00 or www.karspeynircilik.com. If you are not satisfied with the product's flavor, no refunds will be accepted.
The shipping costs for products other than CHEESE PRODUCTS AND MEAT PRODUCTS are the customer's responsibility.
If the returned products meet the return conditions, refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt.
You can track the process through your bank account.
* PLEASE SEND YOUR RETURNED PRODUCTS, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH A NOTE EXPLAINING THE REASON FOR RETURN, AND THE ORIGINAL INVOICE, TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED BELOW.

** If the invoice for the product you wish to return is from a corporate entity, you must send it along with the return invoice issued by the entity. The return invoice must be issued excluding shipping (product unit price + VAT). Returns of orders with invoices issued for corporate entities will not be processed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.

If you are not a taxpayer, when returning a product, you must completely fill out the information in the relevant return section on our invoice, sign it, and return it to us along with the product. Otherwise, your return will not be completed.
General return conditions are as follows:
– Returns must be made in the original box or packaging.
– Products whose original box/packaging is damaged, no longer resalable, or in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer cannot be returned.
– You must send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a request stating the reason for the return, along with the product you wish to return.
– If the product(s) you wish to return are defective, you must inspect the product(s) in the presence of the courier, have a report prepared, and you must not accept the delivery. In this case, our company will cover the shipping costs. In all other cases, the shipping costs are the BUYER's responsibility.
