Real aged kashar, in its most natural and ripe form!
Produced with quality milk collected in the Kars plateaus in May, June and July, when greenery and flowers are abundant, this special kashar cheese is full-fat, sourdough and matured for at least 6 months.
This product is the main wheel from which our sliced kashar is prepared.
It is obtained using an average of 15–16 liters of milk for each 1 kilo.
Unlike market-type kashars, it is not soft, but hard and has a strong aroma. It takes a privileged place on the tables with its maturity level, consistency and taste.
This wheel, weighing 12–12.5 kg, is shipped in its original whole form, without being sliced. It is the ideal choice for businesses, large families or mature cheese enthusiasts.
