A unique gourmet cheese produced only in Switzerland, the Netherlands and Kars in the world.
Real gruyere is a special cheese that can only be produced at certain times of the year.
It is prepared with the freshest milk of animals grazing in nature in May, June and July.
To make the gruyere flawless, only the milk collected from the villages closest to the dairy farm, milked in the morning, is used.
Approximately 12–12.5 liters of milk are used for every 500 grams of gruyere cheese. Its production requires great care, because gruyere is a cheese that does not tolerate mistakes or fraud.
