Our full-fat and 100% natural aged kashar, obtained from the milk of animals grazing on the Kars plateaus, is produced using only şirden yeast.
It is prepared in large wheels, each weighing an average of 12–12.5 kg, and matured for at least 6 months.
15–16 liters of milk are used for 1 kg of aged kashar; This shows the power of taste, labor and naturalness.
This product is carefully sliced from these large wheels and divided into 100 gram portions and vacuumed to preserve its freshness.
