This product is not sliced from the classic large wheels, but directly produced in special small wheels of 1.8–1.9 kg.
It is prepared for those who do not prefer sliced cheese or want to give it as a gift.
Produced with whole milk obtained from animals grazing on the high plateaus of Kars, using only şirden yeast.
It is medium-aged and matured in a natural environment for 3–4 months. Its aroma is deep, its consistency is rich and its flavor is characterful.
15–16 liters of milk are used for every 1 kg of cheese.
