This product is not sliced ​​from the classic large wheels, but directly produced in special small wheels of 1.8–1.9 kg.
It is prepared for those who do not prefer sliced ​​cheese or want to give it as a gift.
Produced with whole milk obtained from animals grazing on the high plateaus of Kars, using only Ĺźirden yeast.
It is medium-aged and matured in a natural environment for 3–4 months. Its aroma is deep, its consistency is rich and its flavor is characterful.
15–16 liters of milk are used for every 1 kg of cheese.
