Produced with milk obtained from animals grazing on the natural plateaus of Kars, our Kars Fresh Circassian Kashar is full-fat, sourdough and prepared with completely traditional methods.
It should not be confused with the soft, rubbery kashars found in markets.
This kashar has a dense consistency, a hard structure and a characteristic aroma.
It is prepared especially with the Circassian production technique, by kneading and resting for a longer time; this increases both its durability and depth of flavor.
