This full-fat fresh iceberg cheese, our own production, is produced from the milk of animals grazing on the high plateaus of Kars. The black cumin added to it offers both a traditional and aromatic flavor.
Don’t confuse it with the soft and rubbery kashar cheeses in the markets; this cheese is real Kars kashar with a firm texture and full of character.
Only şirden yeast is used in its production, and an average of 10–12 liters of milk is used for 1 kg of cheese. Naturalness, labor and the flavor heritage of Anatolia are felt in every bite.
