Not to be confused with the soft kashar cheese sold in markets; This kashar has a hard texture, a rich consistency and an intense aroma.
Weighing approximately 1.9–2 kg, this wheel is ideal for large families, restaurants or those who want to slice it themselves.
In the traditional production process, an average of 10–12 liters of milk is used for 1 kg of kashar.
