Our fresh kashar is produced with full-fat, daily milk from animals grazing on the natural plateaus of Kars. Each wheel is prepared using traditional methods and 100% şirden yeast. Unlike store-bought kashar, it has a balanced consistency and a distinct flavor.
These special wheels are ideal for both table use and for use in breakfasts, toasts, and recipes. Approximately 10–12 liters of milk are used to produce 1 kg of fresh kashar.
